What are pH drops?
pH drops are a powerful solution which – when added to drinking water – can really raise the pH of that water. They tend to be more powerful in their application than using an alkaline water stick or filtering jugs. It is recommended that we drink at least 2-3 (if not more) litres of water per day. Therefore, drinking alkaline water can have a massive contributing factor when following an alkaline diet. Many who have followed the alkaline diet have reported an increased sense of well-being.
How do they work?
The contents of each brand of pH drop varies slightly, but it is generally a potent concentration of purified water and alkaline minerals such as Potassium Carbonate. As you can see below, some brands contain more minerals than others. The pH drops sold by Simplexhealth are all of good quality and have been tried and tested by our staff. Cheaper pH drops tend to be weaker, which means that you have to use more drops to get a good increase in pH.
The Alkazone® and Alkalife® drops come in small bottles so they can easily be taken to the office or on travels.
Generally, pH drops have no flavour but because they change the structure of the water, they can change how the water ‘feels’ in your mouth.
All drops sold by SimplexHealth are a potent source of alkalinity and will increase the pH of tap water to at least 8.
